Who We Are

Founded in 2014, the Humbert Group management consulting is a philanthropic social capital company. We exist to help clients identify, develop and generate beneficial relationships that will help achieve their objectives and goals, in order to advance the common good.

We are dedicated to helping our clients strategically position themselves so that their capacity matches their heart to give. We believe that once our clients embrace the understanding of developing and maintaining an interwoven road map to establish their philanthropic social capital, it will ultimately amplify and benefit the greater good.

Rely on Us

The Humbert Group understands that our clients rely heavily on relationships that will advance their goals.

Our ability to harness an eco-system of networks tailored to fit each client’s close bonds, bridges and linkages allow for real world opportunities and introductions between validated groups or individuals. The Humbert Group has expertise that has been an integral part of defining how working-wealth professionals develop and make decisions regarding their philanthropy, social capital and corporate engagement.

The Humbert Group has the knowledge and experience to support an organization’s efforts to identify, develop and connect with new constituents, in order to diversify their organizations revenue and engagement goals. Critical processes are increasingly becoming managed through technology, rather than the actions of individuals. The Humbert Group understands technology’s ability to reach constituents – and the critical balance of human connections and introductions to draw upon the best support.

Having worked with a growing number of nonprofits, the Humbert Group understands the need to proactively address fundraising operations, strategic partnerships alignment, and programmatic return, particularly within the context of limited funding in an ever expanding and crowded nonprofit industry.

For our corporate friends, the Humbert Group stands ready to assist with the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and Business Resource Groups (BRG) initiatives. The Humbert Group develops, manages and advises our client’s philanthropic objectives and internal employee affinity groups to ensure the success of the company’s number one asset and values – their Employees and social impact.

Mr. Humbert has transformed me from my casual philanthropic habits into an empowered philanthropist. Through goal setting and networking, I learned that my professional outcomes and philanthropic passion can coexist and support each other in a way I never imagined. Now with my philanthropic lifestyle in place, I don’t struggle to make meaningful relationships that propel my success to the next level.

As an industry leader in social capital development and philanthropic advisory, the Humbert Group has a deep understanding of relationship management, coupled with strong experience in connecting our nonprofit clients to solutions that advance their missions.

Leveraging our cross platform IVI blockchain model allows us to Identify, Validate and Introduce new prospects turned major gift donors to advance nonprofit causes. IVI serves as the foundation for our process-based approach to PVG (Participate, Volunteer and Grow), as activity can be planned, monitored, and repeated in the future with full dashboard visibility across all locations and organizational areas.

This signature solution is designed to increase nonprofit funding and engagement.

The Humbert Group stands ready to assist with employee culture development training, retention and community visibility. Our expertise has been an integral part of defining how working-wealth professionals develop and make decisions regarding their company and community engagement, empowering employees to leverage their full talent and passion inside and outside of the workplace.

Additionally, we provide CSR and BRG program guidance and monitoring to connect well with their multifaceted constituents. Thus, by helping companies increase and build comprehensive employee giving and volunteer programs, we improve the overall employee experience, inclusion and effectiveness, and retention.

We provide value with the following activities:

  • STRATEGY

Generating innovative strategies on inclusive business, social engagement, corporate social responsibility, and corporate philanthropy.

The Difference

Mastering an interwoven philanthropic social capital framework that includes a working-wealth professional’s philanthropic endeavors and corporate ambition to be leveraged for the greater good. To ensure our individual client’s success, we take a highly focused and strategic IVI approach – Identify, Validate and Introduce – to relationship building. Additionally, our 4P’s roadmap guides each client’s social capital and philanthropy by: Preparing, Positioning, Performing and Preserving.

  • Mapping, analyzing, and vetting potential contacts.

Brokering and mobilizing partnership and coalitions involving business, government, civil society, communities and/or others
  • Designing and facilitating meetings, events, and workshops to advance collaborative initiatives

Developing strategies for giving to match and leverage resources
  • Analyzing social issues, performing needs assessments, researching social, political, and economic contexts as input to an individual’s philanthropic plan

Your management team has a business to run. Many of our nonprofit clients do not have the time, resources and capacity to handle the critical necessary day-to-day donor interactions that engaging donors and stakeholders often demand.

Unlike many other management consulting firms, the Humbert Group has a proactive donor relations program that can serve as a liaison between management and their overly frequent, yet necessary, interactions with stakeholders.

Corporate engagement is a workplace approach designed to ensure that employees are committed to their organization’s goals and values, motivated to contribute to organizational success, and are enhancing their own sense of well-being.

  • Designing corporate engagement strategies and employee volunteer programs

Building skills for collaboration and improving internal capacity to align business and employee goals
  • Assisting organizations in the implementation of corporate engagement activities

Setting metrics and establishing a process to monitor and evaluate corporate engagement strategies
  • Communicating and sharing results and impact of corporate engagement activities with key audiences
